According to the Presidential Decree No. PQ-22 dated January 26, 2023, the institute was established in Fergana city under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan in cooperation with Atyab International Services of the Sultanate of Oman.
One of the main tasks of the institute is to train excellent technologists, qualified specialists, and business leaders who will develop competitive technologies, processes, and networks for small and medium-sized enterprises in the food processing sector.
Education is provided in full-time and evening formats in Uzbek, Russian, and English. Students are accepted based on state grants and tuition fees. Graduates receive a state-standard diploma.
