Rustambek Rasulovich Tojiyev was born on April 8, 1984, in Oltiariq district, Fergana region. He graduated from Fergana Polytechnic Institute in 2006. Doctor of Technical Sciences (DSc), Professor. Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
Dear staff and valued students, As a result of the initiatives of our esteemed President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, systematic measures are being taken in our country to prevent and combat corruption in all spheres of state and public administration.
At the International Institute of Food Technology and Engineering, specific actions are being implemented to identify, assess and reduce corruption risks within its management system.
Educational seminars, trainings, briefings, and round-table discussions are being regularly conducted to foster a zero-tolerance attitude towards corruption and to increase the legal awareness and culture of our staff.
We urge all staff: do not engage in any corrupt actions, do not act in favor of others for personal gain, and never use your official position illegally.
Corruption does not just affect certain sectors — it threatens the development of the entire society. Fighting corruption is a collective responsibility.
Systematic actions are in place to combat any form of corruption, bribery, or fraud at the Institute. Admission and result processes are now fully digitized.
